Terms draft

This page is a draft for the owner to review with counsel. It is not a finished customer agreement.

BuildItOmi lets a signed-in person describe an app and see a preview. Omi keeps the generated source private. Customers do not edit or download that source. Generated output can be wrong. The owner has not published a warranty.

Free is $0. Starter is $29 a month. Pro is $79 a month. Team is $199 a month. These are USD reference prices, not a tax invoice. A paid plan does not change until a signed Razorpay webhook confirms it. Live card charges are not enabled, and paid credit allowances are not finalized.

https://builditomi.com serves the production application. www.builditomi.com redirects there. Customer app hosting is not included.
